OIS Announces Extended Hours & Services
The Office of Information Services would like to announce the following services.
The OIS Help Center Extended Hours
During the fall and spring semesters the OIS Help Center will be manned the following hours:
Monday – Thursday |
Friday |
Saturday |
8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. |
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. |
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon |
When classes are not in session and during the summer sessions, the help center will operate Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

To report problems after hours, please contact University Police (x4624), who will then contact OIS staff.
Gorilla Geeks Student Services
The Gorilla Geeks provides students with technology needs that are essential for successful university studies in today’s world. Student services include:
- assistance with educational software packages used on campus including Microsoft OS, Office applications, basic ANGEL support and other campus applications
- basic help with personal computer hardware or software problems (a modest charge may be incurred)
- wireless connectivity issues
- assist in configuring new computers
Gorilla Geeks is open extended hours during the fall and spring semesters:

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. |
When classes are not in session and during the summer sessions, Gorilla Geeks will be open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
