Create an Appointment
Choose an available time that fits your schedule. Blocks filled in light blue indicate an appointment has been made for that slot. Dark blue blocks indicate that the consultant indicated is not scheduled. A white block represents an available time slot; click on any white block to bring up the appointment form.

Fill out the appointment form to the best of your knowledge; every piece of information you can give your consultant will enhance your consultation. You may choose to schedule one 25 minute session, or two back-to-back sessions for a total of 50 minutes, depending on your assignment.

Online Appointments
You may also choose to schedule an on-line session. If you choose this option, be sure to email your assignment sheet and draft to the Writing Center. Your consultant will read and make suggestions on your draft during the scheduled time, and email the draft back to you. You do not need to schedule an online appointment during a time when you are free.

After you click Save Appointment, you will be taken to the Appointment Confirmation screen.

Upload your Assignment
You may upload either your assignment sheet or your draft using the Online Appointment system. To do this, click the link to attach a file in the Appointment Confirmation screen.

Click Browse to open your file folders, and select the file you wish to upload. Close the window to view your appointment.

Plan for your Appointment
After you successfully make an appointment, an automatic email will be sent to the address you gave in registration, containing the time and date of your appointment, and the name of the consultant you will be seeing. Be sure to make a note of this information, as arriving more than 7 minutes late for a face-to-face consultation could result in your appointment being canceled!
