2009-2010 Solo and Chamber Music Series

Pittsburg State University Students
All Solo and Chamber events are free to PSU students. Individual event tickets can be picked up at the Overman Student Center Ticket Office until 4:00 p.m. the day of the event or one hour prior at the event location based upon availability of tickets.

Individual Event Tickets
Tickets for individual events can be purchased until 4:00 p.m. the day of the event (based upon availability of tickets). Tickets can be purchased by mail, in person, or by phone. Please note specific instruction on the ordering so your ticket order can be processed most efficiently. Unless a sellout, occurs, tickets will be available one hour prior to the performance at the place of the event.

Season Ticket Package
Season ticket packages will be announced at a later date. They can be purchased by mail, in person, or by phone. Please note specific instruction on the ordering so your ticket order can be processed most efficiently.

Benefits for the Season Ticket Holder
Discounted ticket costs. The season ticket package is approximately at 25% discount from individual ticket sales
Special receptions following selected performances which may include opportunities to meet the artists.

Order By Mail
Mail orders will be accepted until October 9 (received, not postmarked). Send the Solo & Chamber order form with a check or money order made payable to Pittsburg State University, or provide charge card information as requested. The tickets will be available at the ticket window for your first event. If no envelope is included, or the order is received after October 9, 2001, the tickets will be available at the ticket window for your first event.

Order In Person
Completed order forms with check, money order, or credit card can be dropped off at the PSU Ticket Office in the Overman Student Center, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Time constraints may prevent orders from being filled immediately. If you would like to have the tickets mailed to you, please include a self-addressed envelope. If no envelope is included the tickets will be available at the ticket window for your first event.

Order By Phone
Complete your order form in advance and call (620) 235-4796, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A PSU Ticket Office representative will take your order. Payment for phone order is by credit card only. MasterCard, Visa, or Discover is accepted. Your tickets will be available at your first event.

Ticket Exchanges
All ticket sales are final; there will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• When requested at the time of ticket purchase or noted on the order form, the needs of patrons with mobility challenges are accommodated through special seating assignments.
• Due to the nature of the entertainment industry, dates of events may be subject to change. Every effort will be made to contact all ticket holders and issue new tickets in the case of such an event.
• No Performance may be reproduced or broadcast through any means or method without consent of the event producer and all performers. Please do not take flash pictures during any performance.
