All online ticket sales available through the PSU Ticket Office are made available by Tickets.com.
Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Where your order is for an event to occur within the next seven (7) days, your order will be held for pickup at the Pittsburg State University Ticket Office during _normal business hours_. Tickets will then be available at the event's Will Call window during times established for that event. A $8.00 handling charge is added to all on-line orders. The handling charge will not be refunded when your on-line order is held for pickup at the PSU Ticket Office or event Will Call window. Once your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please email email@example.com or call us at (620) 235-4796 to arrange special instructions for pickup of tickets by anyone other than the person named in the order confirmation, or if you do not get an email confirmation within 1 hour of your order. If the exact event ticket location you order is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with similar quality seating locations for the same event. If comparable seating is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives for you to select from. Where you are offered lesser quality seating, you will only be charged the appropriate lower price. On orders placed for general seating categories (as opposed to specific sections and rows), we cannot guarantee exact rows, sections, or aisle seating. Seats for general admission (GA) areas are first come, first served. In the unusual circumstance that the event you ordered is postponed, the date or time or venue changed, or an opening or preliminary act or match is switched or eliminated, we cannot be responsible, nor can we issue refunds or accept cancellations. Where there is an event cancellation, a credit or refund for the full purchase, less handling charges, will be issued. The credit or refund may be issued by the event promoter, the PSU Ticket Office, or another party. You are responsible to safe guard your tickets, once received. They can rarely be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Some tickets can fade or be rendered unreadable where exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat. Please don’t leave your tickets on the dashboard of your car on a hot sunny day. Note that by placing your order with us, you are agreeing to be subject to these terms and conditions.
