Study Abroad Program

Welcome to PSU Study Abroad

Pittsburg State University offers several options for study abroad around the world. There are options for undergraduate and graduate students. The length of programs vary from about 2 weeks to a year. Students can choose a group program led by a faculty member or an individual program. Don't count yourself out, we are here to help you find the right program for you and answer questions about credit, financing, travel, and other concerns.

"It is rare that a person has the opportunity to have a life-changing experience. Students who participate in our Study Abroad programs regularly come home saying, "it has changed my life!" This may be an opportunity that will not come by again. Please consider internationalizing your academic experience with a Study Abroad program at Pittsburg State University."
Charles Olcese, Director of International Affairs

Emily "As we become more and more connected to each other, it is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the realities of the rest of the world... We will be expected to take our places not just as full members of the American society but also of a world society. We will hear other languages and we will meet people whose beliefs are are not ours."
Graduation speech of Emily Walters, Outstanding Senior
     2009 & study abroad alumni, Peru, summer 2008 & 2009
