Individual Study Abroad Options
If you want to spend a summer, semester, or year studying overseas, check out these options. You may be the sole representative of PSU in your program. You will study with other American and/or international students. In some programs, you will be in class with the local students. Be aware of the language of instruction, the course options, and the location as you choose a program. Final approval of the program will be given from the PSU Study Abroad Committee.

Exchange Programs
Exchange programs are a great option for students looking for a summer, semester or year long study abroad program. Students on exchange pay their PSU tuition and can apply their full financial aid package to the experience. PSU has agreements with many universities abroad.

Summer exchange programs
A few of PSU's partner universities offer summer opportunities - you may study sustainable energy in Germany, wildlife biology in Finland, or take general education courses in Korea.
PSU Affiliate Study Abroad Programs
If our group study abroad programs and exchanges don't fit your needs, PSU is affiliated with other study abroad programs. This gives you benefits and eligiblity for certain scholarships. Talk with the Study Abroad Coordinator for details.
