Description:
The course is intended primarily for students planning on applying to medical and dental school but would be of benefit to any student interested in health care in developing nations. Course includes onsite participation in health clinics, and lectures by health care professionals. Participants should expect practical clinical experience in providing health care to underserved populations and practice in cross-cultural communication in the health care setting.
