Pre-Departure travel health consult (strongly recommended, read carefully, then make appointment online)
--This should be done 4-6 weeks before departure so immunizations have time to take effect.
--You will need your immunization records. Here is how to get them.
--Please watch these two 4-minute videos before your travel consult 1, 2 .
-- Print out the information from the CDC website on your destination, read it before going to the consult and take it with you to discuss with the health care provider.

--If you are applying for a program that will have its own health form, or will need a health consult for a visa application, wait to schedule your appointment until you have those forms to fill out too (eg. ISA, AIFS, Australearn programs).
