GUS (Gorilla Users System) - Through your GUS account, you'll find what you need to monitor your student records at Pitt State. Your tuition statement, transcripts, class schedule, financial aid status and award letter are all on GUS.   Login at www.pittstate.edu/gus

GUS Email – Your university email! You will receive important updates and notices.  If you need assistance forwarding your gus.pittstate email to another email account,contact Gorilla Geeks

How to obtain a GUS PIN:

  • From the PSU homepage www.pittstate.edu click on Login and then GUS
  • From the GUS login page click on "forgot GUSPIN/password"
  • If you have any questions, please contact Registrar's at 620-235-4200
Financial aid and scholarship recipients: don't forget to verify your enrollment on GUS beginning 05/27/13.

Gorilla Card – All new on-campus students receiving financial assistance must have a Gorilla Card/Commerce Bank account prior to verifying enrollment. Don't forget to verify your enrollment by May 27th.

Payment Methods – Pay by Tuesday, June 4th.

  • IN PERSON: Pay by cash or check on campus during normal business hours (8:30-3:30pm) at:PSU Office of Cashiers and Student Accounts,Room 112 Horace Mann

  • ON-LINE: Pay by eCheck or by *Credit Card on GUS, Student Accounts, then click on View Statement/Make Payment

    *A 2.9% convenience fee by Informed Decisions Corporation will be applied to credit card transactions.

  • PAYMENT PLAN: Tuition payment plans are available with a contract charge of $25 per semester. Sign up for a payment plan through GUS.

Financial Aid

  • To receive your financial aid or scholarships, you must verify your enrollment through GUS each semester.  Verification of enrollment begins May 27 for the Summer 2013  semester.

  • Students who plan to pay tuition by an outside loan, scholarship or sponsorship are asked to contact the Office of Cashiers and student Accounts by Monday, June 3rd, to confirm their intent to pay.

Books

Rent or buy your books at the Gorilla Bookstore, located inside the Overman Student Center. Over 350 titles available to rent for Summer 2013. Shop early for the best selection at the Official Campus Bookstore website.
