Report Trouble or Requesting Changes
To report trouble with telephone service or equipment, please call the OIS Help Desk at x4600 to generate a trouble ticket. Problems are normally resolved within 24 hours.
To have changes made to existing telephone equipment or service, please contact the OIS Help Desk at x4600. A trouble ticket will be created and the change should be made within 1 week.
If a group of people or a department is changing locations it is advisable to contact the telecom support staff as soon as possible. If any construction or building is taking place the staff can work with the appropriate departments to coordinate moving telephone and network services.
To establish new service, other changes or questions you may call the OIS Help Desk at x4600 or contact one of the telecom support staff. An estimate of charges can be provided. For an additional services or work requested, an account number should be provided for billing purposes. Please plan ahead with such requests which may take up to two weeks to complete.
