University Support Staff Employees
Filling University Support Staff Temporary Positions

Employees with temporary university support staff appointments can work no more than 999 hours in a 12-month period starting the first day of the appointment. These positions are not eligible for benefits. If an employee is appointed to more than one temporary non-benefits eligible position, the 12-month period starts with the first appointment and includes hours worked from all temporary positions.  All questions regarding the hiring process for temporary university support staff appointments should be directed to HRS.
