PSU Indirect Cost Rate: The PSU-Health and Human Services indirect cost rate agreed to is 47% of salary and fringe benefits paid for by the grant. Below is a link to the Indirect Cost Rate Agreement.
Grant Proposal Approval Routing Form: All proposals for external funding for grants and sub-agreements from federal, state, and private funds must be approved before a proposal can be submitted. The proposal initiator should complete the information on the form, attach the original proposal, gain the signatures of the Chairperson and Dean, then submit to the Office of Graduate and Continuing Studies. Approval of proposals that are not submitted to the Office of Graduate and Continuing Studies at least two working days before the mailing or submission deadline is not guaranteed. After approval by the Dean of Graduate and Continuing Studies the proposal will be returned to the proposal initiator for mailing or submission. There is a Grant Proposal Routing Form for academic programs and a different form for non-academic programs.
