As best practices and laws may change fairly frequently, prior to beginning a search, the hiring authority or the search committee chair should contact the Director of Equal Opportunity Jamie Brooksher to schedule an informal equal opportunity training session. The following “Policies and Procedures for a Successful Search” explains the search process in detail.
