HOW & WHERE TO TURN IN FORMS:

Registered Student Organizations will submit forms online.  All Homecoming forms are due by Friday, September 8, 2017 at 4pm. No exceptions will be granted for late submissions.  Please be aware that all online submissions will have an electronic time stamp.  

Kings and Queens:  All organizations must submit parade forms for candidate cars and/or floats.  Please note that all organizations must provide parade transportation for their candidate(s). 

In addition to completing forms, groups are responsible for submitting the following along with entry forms online by Friday, September 8, 2017 at 4pm:

  • Yell Like Music - MUST be electronically uploaded with your online entry form.  See entry form for supported file information and upload instructions.
  • Float Design Diagram - You MUST electronically upload your diagram with your online entry form.
  • Raft Design - You MUST electronically upload a raft design along with your online entry form and include all materials you will be using to build your raft.

Please note that NO Homecoming online form submissions will be accepted prior to

Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 8am.  All materials will be submitted electronically.

ATTENTION STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT FORM SUBMISSIONS THERE WILL BE AN INFORMATION SESSION ON AUGUST, 31ST AT 7PM IN THE SUNFLOWER ROOM. ANY HOMECOMING QUESTIONS MAY BE ASKED AT THIS SESSION.
