3. My recommendation is to come back and pick up the group about 45 minutes after they start performing unless your director has different plans. He/she may want to store equipment on the bus or leave following the performance.
4. We can not have busses waiting for long periods (i.e. Over 30 minutes) in the street at the loading/unloading area. This will create headaches for the next group trying to unload or load-up to leave and may cause a traffic problem. In the past there has been a problem with groups being forced to double park in order to unload. Not only does this cause a congestion problem but also a safety problem for emergency vehicles.
