about the Kanza
We've won awards! The Kanza is Pittsburg State University's yearbook. The yearbook covers aspects of the previous school year. The 2005 year book will cover the 2004-2005 school year. How do I get in the Kanza? Every semester we offer PSU students r>opportunities to be included in the book. These include free yearbook portraits and Kanza yourself. Kanza yourself is an opportunity to have informal group portraits placed in the yearbook. These pictures can be serious, silly, and everything in between. Yearbook portrait and Kanza yourself events will be advertised in the Collegio and under upcoming events on this website. What if I have an idea for the Kanza? The Kanza is created by students for students. If there's something you'd like to see in the 2005 Kanza, whether it's a story a photograph or anything, we would love to hear it. Contact us at 235-4806 or Kanza_psu@hotmail.com. How do I get on the Kanza staff? If you are interested in being a writer, photographer, or designer for the yearbook, stop by our office at 210 Whitesitt Hall. We would love to have your application on file for future positions. How do I get a copy of the Kanza? Reserve your copy for $35 during enrollment at the registrar's office or at 210 Whitesitt Hall. Watch for Kanza events during the school year where you can also reserve your copy. Books are distributed during the fall after the school year. Reserve your 2005 book now, before the chance is gone! What if I forgot to purchase a yearbook? Can I still get one? Yes. However, supplies are limited. We still have a few past issues for sale, but there is no guarantee your year will be avaliable. <--- back to main |
