Reporting Example -- Call-back Pay

Carl Callback regularly works from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the reporting period from 1/26/97 - 2/8/97, he is called in or called back the following times:

1/30/97 -- Called back to work from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. He is paid call-back regular pay (CBP) for the 1 hour worked. He is also paid 1 hour call-back minimum pay (CBN) in order to be paid for 2 hours minimum.

2/7/97 -- Called back to work from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. He is paid for call-back overtime pay (CBO) for the 1 hour worked because his FLSA hours > 40. He is also paid 1 hour call-back minimum (CBN) in order to be paid for 2 hours minimum.

*If the employee wants compensatory time instead of pay, the CBC code would be used in place of the CBO code.
