Bibliography
Julia Spresser, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation and has served on the undergraduate and graduate faculty since 1990. She received a Bachelors Degree from Kansas State University, Masters from Northwest Missouri State University and Doctorate from the University of Arkansas.
Dr. Spresser teaches in the areas of tests and measurements, tumbling, aerobics, and First Aid & CPR. She is a certified Zumba (Hi-low intensity Latin aerobics) instructor. Dr. Spresser taught gymnastics and aerobic dance in the private sector for 10 years.
