Travel Consults

The Student Health Services will make every effort to address any special needs or concerns you may have to prepare you health wise for your trip.  Travel consults are generally scheduled on Thursday afternoon, or Friday mornings.  There is a $25.00 charge for the travel consult and additional charges specific to necessary immunizations.

Travel Consults include:

• Pre-departure health check-up and immunization recommendations.
• Advice on how to stay healthy during your trip.
• When to seek medical care for post-travel illness.

In an effort to arrange potential immunizations schedules in a timely manner to be of benefit to you – appointments should be scheduled at least 2-3 weeks prior to your date of departure.  Please download and complete the following form and bring the completed form to your scheduled visit. Bring a copy of your immunization record and your itinerary to your scheduled visit.
