Program Overview
Mechanical Engineering Technology provides educational experiences to prepare students for a broad range of technical positions throughout manufacturing enterprises that require people with strong mechanically oriented backgrounds. The Mechanical Engineering Program at Pittsburg State University has a four-year curriculum which culminates in a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology. The Mechanical Engineering program is fully accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (TAC/ABET).
