Technical/Professional Writing Emphasis

If you want a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English, you must choose one of the emphases described below: Traditional Emphasis, Creative Writing Emphasis Poetry, Creative Writing Emphasis Fiction, or Technical/Professional Writing Emphasis. You must also complete a minor. You should consult the most recent Pittsburg State University Catalog for all baccalaureate degrees and General Education degree requirements. If you plan to teach with this degree, you must complete teacher certification requirements.
