Note to all Electrician's & Electrical Contractors (1/2007)
The State of Kansas has recently passed legislation that will effect how you renew your Journeyman's or Master's Electrical License. (Kansas S.B. 498 / KSA 12-1526)
You can read the wording of the bill at this web site.
Among the changes is a requirement that all electrician's (Journeyman and Master's) take 6 hours of continuing education (CEU credits) each year before they can renew their license. (1 hour of class time = 1 hour of CEU credit)
Note: We are working with the local licensing authority to develop some local continuing education electrical short courses to offer at Pitt State. We will post the dates and times BELOW as they are scheduled.
If you'd like to be notified via email, send an email to Jeff Brooks jbrooks@pittstate.edu to get on the emailing list.
