Administrative responsibilities have moved my research into pedagogical and faculty issues, however, my academic interests revolve around U.S, Foreign Policy, International Politics, and African Politics, especially as related to democratization and development. I have published on subjects as varied as post-tenure review in the academy to democratization in Africa.
