The Department of Nursing is approved by the Kansas State Board of Nursing as a long term provider of continuing nursing education offerings. Programs are offered throughout the year which meet the mandatory continuing education requirements for re-licensure of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. NOTE: The Four State Nursing Conference is now called the Midwest Region Health Professions Conference. Conference dates are: Wednesday, October 28, 2009 and Thursday , October 29, 2009 and is on "Health Care Challenges of Today".
Full attendance for the two day conference will offer a maximum of 15.0 contact hours credit applicable for relicensure of RNs, LPNs, and LMHTs. Kansas Provider Number LT0056-0749. Continuing nursing education credit will be prorated according to documented attendance.
