Captain Tim Wilkins was born in Geneva, Nebraska in 1979. After joining the Nebraska Army National Guard in 1997, he attended University of Nebraska – Lincoln and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Masters in Accounting.  After attending Armor Officer Basic Course, 1LT Wilkins was assigned to the 2-137 IN, C Co in Lenexa, KS.  1LT Wilkins’ past assignments include: Platoon Leader 2-137 IN, C Co; Mission Commander Advanced Infantry Combat Course (ABLE UNION 11-06) Kasenyi, Uganda; and training liaison officer 2-137 IN, HHC.  Awards include: Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal – Res Comp, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal w/ 2 stars, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon,  Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/ “M” device, Combat Action Badge, and Driver’s Badge.
