• COL Webb graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1956 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
• COL Webb spent over 30 years in the United States Army with 23 in the Air Defense Artillery.
• Tours include Korea and two tours in Vietnam.
• His last assignment for the US Army Air Defense was Director of the Tactics Division of Ft. Bliss, Texas.
• COL Webb retired from the Army in 1984, and began working for Ford Aerospace/Loral and Nichols Research Corporation.
