Lieutenant Colonel Ed Kelley
- Graduated Pittsburg State with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1957 & later received a Master of Science in Education in 1977.
- LTC Kelley served in the US Army from 1957-1980.
- Served as a Platoon leader, Company Commander, Battalion Commander.
- Overseas Assignments Include: Germany from 1959-1961; Okinawa 1964-1966; Vietnam from 1967-1968 and 1970-1971.
- Awards and Decorations Include: Legion of Merit (2), ARCOM (2), JSRM (2), and the Purple Heart.
- Retired in 1980, and worked as a systems engineer for Lockheed/Martin Aerospace in Denver, CO.
- LTC Kelley received a Distinguished in Excellence award from NASA for engineering on space shuttle flight STS-46 in 1991.
