Mission Statement

The mission of the Department of Special Services and Leadership Studies is to develop outstanding educational leaders by providing high quality academic programs in leadership, special education, higher education and educational technology. In addition, the Department, through an active service and dissemination effort, seeks to enhance educational programs to serve local and regional needs.
