Jewett Recognized at Conference
Dr. Janice Jewett received the Dance Merit Awared at the Central District Association of the American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance annual conference. The conference was held the week of February 7th, 2011 in Rapid City, South Dakota.
The award represents innovation in dance activities, programs, and performances. Additional criteria to be eligible for the award include dance presentations at the state and regional level as well as mentoring students interested in dance.
Dr. Jewett is an Associate Professor in the HHPR department.
