Student Organizations
The Graphics and Imaging Technologies department offers two extracurriculcar activities for students.
Gamma Epsilon Tau
- The Iota Chapter of the Gamma Epsilon Tau is a national graphic arts honorary society limited to students who are juniors or above in their program and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Membership in GET is by invitation only. Activities of this group are of service to the department.
Graphic Arts Club

The Graphic Arts Club serves as a forum to study and evaluate new developments in the graphic arts industry as well as promote friendly relations between its members, faculty and students of Pittsburg State University.
The GAC accomplishes its purpose through regularly scheduled meetings and is often involved in special activities such as field trips, hosting guest speakers, fundraising efforts and department service.
