The state of Kansas has developed a standardized articulation agreement form based on the PSU FCS model. It can be found at: Kansas Articulation Link for each of the articulated areas. Please use that information to develop the required materials for articulating with our programs.

Articulation Agreement Cover Sheet - We want to keep track of the contact people and information for schools we are working with. Please include this sheet of information so we can add it to our files for each school.
* Renewal of Articulation Agreements - the process to renew articulation agreements is a simple one. There are two versions of the form KSDE From blank & KSDE with PSU information. Schools or university programs can initiate the renewal by filling in the necessary information and having it signed by the appropriate individual. It is then loaded up to KSDE by the school district.
