Introduction to Recombinant DNA Techniques Laboratory

Laboratory designed to offer experience in Plasmid and Genomic DNA isolation and analysis, RNA isolation and analysis, cloning, transformation, and PCR.
Prerequisite: BIOL 322/323 Genetics/Laboratory, BIOL 371/372 General Microbiology/Laboratory, 10 hours of chemistry.
