The principles of genetics with emphasis on the cytological mechanism of inheritance: physical basis, linkage mapping of genes and gene action. Intended primarily for biology majors.
Prerequisite: BIOL 211Principles of Biology I, BIOL 212 Principles of Biology II, and 5 hours of chemistry.
