Undergraduate level course
Ethical theory and analysis as it applies to biology. Ethical issues which result from our expanding scientific knowledge base, including generic testing, bioengineering, abortion and euthanasia, patients' rights, medical/scientific ethics, and the allocation of medical resources.
Prerequisite: Junior standing Special Course Info: May be Taken for Honors Notes: Course will focus on historical case studies.
