Dr. Jack Fay, Professor
Jack Fay , Ph.D. (University of Arkansas), CPA, joined the PSU faculty in 1996. Teaching areas: Undergraduate- Tax; Graduate- Tax Research. Dr. Fay previously taught at the M.E. Rinker Sr. Institute of Tax and Accountancy at Stetson University. Dr. Fay serves on numerous state and national academic and professional tax committees, published more than 55 journal articles and proceedings. His book, Accounting Certification, Educational, and Reciprocity Requirements- An International Guide, was published in 1992.
