Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA)

MISSION
The purpose of the Young Entrepreneur Association is to foster the innovative spirit at Pittsburg State University. It will increase personal development through the facilitation of seminars by successful business owners and through certifications in Microsoft Office, public speaking, and TLS (Theory of Constraints, LEAN, Six Sigma). YEA will also focus on the creation of business plans for future entrepreneurs.

VISION
To build Young Entrepreneurs Association into a student directed organization at Pittsburg State University that provides tangible certificates, public speaking experience, seminars, and assists in the creation of business plans for student entrepreneurs.

Membership and Contact Information
The association is governed by student officers and is advised by a faculty member in the Department of Management and Marketing.
