Admittance - Lists information concerning being admitted to the Graduate School

Application Status -

• Incomplete Application: Student file is missing transcripts, required test scores or other material needed to complete the application process
• Pending: Department is reviewing application
• Conditional: Student has been admitted conditionally. Conditions to be completed prior to completing 9 to 12 hours of graduate credit are listed at the conditions link
• Fully Admitted: Student has been admitted to full standing without conditions

Conditions - Lists conditions to being fully admitted that must be fulfilled prior to candidacy; cannot be accessed until admitted

Candidacy - Established after 9-12 hours of graduate work is completed and student is fully admitted. Lists courses, research options, and other degree requirements

Graduation - Graduation forms required to graduate, available the semester of graduation

Demographics - Lists addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address and other personal information

Transcript - Lists courses completed at PSU and degrees awarded from other institutions

Degrees Awarded - Lists degrees awarded from official transcripts

Class Schedules - Past and current student schedules

Programs - List of all programs the student has applied for, is currently pursuing or has graduated from
