Pittsburg State University offers in-state tuition to residents of the Missouri counties of Barton, Barry, Bates, Cass, Cedar, Dade, Henry, Jackson, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, St. Clair, and Vernon; and the Oklahoma counties of Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa, and Washington.
