Campus Safety
We are committed to providing the safest possible campus environment for students, faculty and staff. Residence hall access is restricted by card key and the halls feature a number of other safety measures, including deadbolt and chain locks on all room doors. University Police officers, commissioned by authority of the State of Kansas, provide 24-hour-a-day patrol protection to the campus.
We take pride in our safety record and have strived to increase safety awareness levels. We have several procedures in place, including text message alerts, available to both parents and students.
