The Big Event Director oversees a committee, which organizes the Big Event. She oversees fundraising efforts, job request turn in, jobsite evaluation, and supply purchasing. She also organizes all the food, entertainment and promotion for it. Though the Big Event is only a one day project, it takes a year of planning to be successful.
