Semester long challenge consisting of:
2.4 miles of swimming
112 miles of Biking
26.2 miles of running
Log your own miles in the log books located in the Student Rec Center by the restrooms and in the Weede pool by the lifeguard office.
You may run or bike outside and still count your miles.
You may count exercise classes as well. 30 minutes of a water aerobics class is worth .5 miles of swimming. 30 minutes of a fitness class is worth 2.5 miles of running or biking.
