A graduate of Georgia Tech and the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, Stewart is currently in his 40th year in construction in domestic and international markets.
His project background includes embassies, correctional facilities, courthouses, barracks, military family housing, airports, power plants, research and development complexes, hospitals, and other commercial and industrial initiatives.
A member of the original founding team at Caddell, Stewart has held various positions, including vice president of estimating and purchasing, executive vice president and chief operating officer.
At the national level, Stewart is active on numerous committees and task forces and has served as Chairman of the NAVFAC Committee, Chairman of the Federal & Heavy Division, and multiple terms on the National Executive Board.
Pittsburg State University's Construction Expo began modestly several years ago as an avenue for students to operate earth-moving equipment.
