The Technology and Engineering Education Program and the College of Technology at Pittsburg State University presents a unique educational opportunity for regional high school students to compete in a variety of science, technology/engineering, and math-based challenges and competitions on the campus of Pittsburg State University on April 4, 2014.
The Great Gorilla Games will include a wide variety of advanced challenges and competitions that will allow all STEM students to participate. Various formats for challenges will be included in the Great Gorilla Games, such as individual, team-based, and group competitions and challenges, as well as, static displays and exhibits. These advanced challenges will feature specific elements that focus on the integration of science, technology/engineering, and math concepts in exciting and fun projects and activities that bring meaning and relevance to STEM Education.
Registration and Competitions will be at the Weede Physical Education building.
KTC Demonstrations, Stem Demos, and Lunch Tent will be at Kansas Technology Center
