Tuition Payments

Receipt of Payments on Student's Accounts

All tuition and fees, University Housing, and various charges and fines are to be paid at the Cashiers and Student Accounts Office located in Horace Mann Room 112. Students are encouraged to pay their University charges as they become due. The University catalog has published the deadline for payment of tuition and fees for each semester. You may also locate this information on the University Calendar. The dates for each semester's tuition and fee payment are published in the specific semester's class schedule. Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express may be used for payment.

Tuition and Fee Deferments

Students whose financial assistance award file is complete, but the funds have not arrived at PSU by the tuition and fee payment deadline, are eligible to receive a deferment. Students requiring deferment of tuition and fees must see the Student Financial Assistance Office, located in Horace Mann Room 103, to complete a deferment contract. The cost of the deferment is the University's $30 late fee.

Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition payment plan options are available. Students are required to sign a contractual agreement. The cost of the payment plan is $25 and is non-refundable. The total cost of tuition and fees is divided into three payments as follows:

Sponsored Students

Those students who are sponsored by a third party will need to complete the authorization form below for the Cashiers and Student Accounts Office. By doing so, the student is accepting the sponsorship and their tuition account will be credited accordingly. For further questions, please contact Lyndy Little at (620)235-4161.
