8:00 a.m.   INNOVATIONS SHOWCASE
Explore student and departmental displays in the rotunda and throughout the KTC.

9:00 - 10:00 a.m.  RETIRED FACULTY & STAFF RECEPTION
Kansas Technology Center - Room E 117
Open to current and retired faculty and staff, enjoy coffee and fellowship and stay to meet and greet alumni as they return for the reunion.

10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.   ALUMNI REUNION REGISTRATION
Kansas Technology Center - Main entrance rotunda

• Check-in and receive detailed information about the weekend events
• Reminisce with other attendees, current and retired faculty and staff and PSU representatives.
• Visit booths manned by students from departments within the College of Technology that will showcase accomplishments and recent activities.

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  LUNCHEON & HISTORICAL PRESENTATION
Kansas Technology Center - S 102

• Master of Ceremonies, Dr. Bruce Dallman, Dean, College of Technology
• President Steve Scott will welcome all attendees and a College of Technology presentation will be made by Randy Roberts, University Curator of Special Collections and Archivist.
• Enjoy a meal of Josie's.

1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.  GUIDED TOURS OF THE KANSAS TECHNOLOGY CENTER

Tour departments, classrooms and labs to see the latest technology being taught to today's students. Demonstrations will also be given in some laboratories.
Tours will leave from the Rotunda at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Department of Automotive Technology

• 2:45-4 p.m. Departmental update and Q & A with professors
• 4-4:30 p.m. SAE Baja student presentation

Department of Construction Management and Construction Engineering Technology

• 1:15-2:15 p.m. Student Senior Project Displays, Student Organization Displays, Alumni Networking
• 2:15-3:15 p.m. Departmental update, School of Construction, Center of Excellence, BS in Safety, Health and Environment, BIM, Alumni Input
• 3:15-4:30 p.m. Guided tours of labs describing new equipment and software including construction computer lab, soils/concrete lab, surveying lab and safety and HVAC lab

Department of Engineering Technology
Plastics

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. Open house and Q & A with professors

Department of Technology and Workforce Learning
Electrical Technology

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. All Electrical Technology classrooms and labs open with Q & A with faculty

Human Resource Development/Technology Management

• 2:30-4:40 p.m. Q & A with professors and tour new Integrated Media Lab and learn about new program developments and changes

Technology Education

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. Q & A with faculty, tour new Technology Education's Center of Applied Learning labs and classrooms, and learn about new program developments and changes. Students will be assisting with demonstrations of equipment and explanations of projects/activities.

Technical Teacher Education

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. Q & A with current TTED and retired TED faculty, learn about the current developments in the program and tour new Integrated Media Lab shared with Human Resources Development and the Department of Graphics and Imaging Technologies

Wood Technology

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. All Wood Technology labs and classrooms will be open with Q & A with faculty.

Department of Graphics & Imaging Technologies

• 2:30-4:30 p.m. Open house and Q & A with professors.
• Photography, 3-D modeling, and New Technologies demos.
• Screen Printing demonstration with an opportunity to purchase COT Reunion t-shirts.

2:30 pm - 4:30 p.m. TOUR PITTSBURG AND SHOPPING DOWNTOWN
Ride the shuttle to downtown Pittsburg and learn about the changes that have taken place in the city from an onboard tour guide.

2:30 pm - 4:30 p.m. INFORMAL WALKING TOUR OF MAIN CAMPUS
Visit buildings on main campus including Hartman and Whitesitt Halls, the PSU Bookstore in the Overman Student Center and Carnie Smith Stadium. 

A shuttle will run continuously for Pittsburg tour/shopping and main campus tour from 2:30 to 4:30 pm from the KTC main entrance to main campus, to downtown and back to the KTC.

4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. SHUTTLE
A shuttle service from the Kansas Technology Center to the reception and dinner site.

5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. DR. KENNETH K. BATEMAN OUTSTANDING ALUMNI AWARD RECEPTION  Heritage Room, Overman Student Center

• Reunion attendees can sit in the VIP stands located on Broadway, between 4^th Street and 5^th Street. Seating opens at 8 a.m.
• Please present your VIP pass at the stands.

11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. ALL PSU ALUMNI & FRIENDS TAILGATE
First shelter house east of Carnie Smith Stadium and South of the parking lot

• Enjoy a meal of Southeast Kansas fried chicken, sides, a drink and dessert

11:00 a.m. - 2:20 p.m. GORILLAFEST
Gorilla Village, First Shelter House East of Carnie Smith Stadium

• Food vendors, PSU merchandise, kids games and live music!

2:20 p.m. PSU VS. WASHBURN
Carnie Smith Stadium

• Purchase football game tickets at the PSU Ticket Office by calling 620-235-4796 or online at www.pittstate.edu/tickets after August 5, 2010.
• Want to sit with other reunion attendees at the football game? When you call the ticket office state that you are with the "College of Technology Reunion" to purchase a ticket in the special seating section. Special seating section tickets are limited.
• Homecoming game traditionally sells out quickly...order your tickets early!
