Why People Give to Pittsburg State University
“I made a gift to the Fine and Performing Arts Center fund because I think it is important to support the university and community where you work. I made this gift because I really care about the students. I only hope that others will step forward to support the project.
“I know that giving students a venue where they can let their talents and gifts blossom is very worthwhile. Many people don’t have the opportunity to travel on a regular basis to cities with significant fine arts offerings. Such a facility would make it much more likely that the university would be able to bring more of the arts to southeast Kansas and the Four State region.”
