Barry Anderson: Fine Art Photographer, Kansas City, MO, discusses balancing the promotion and exhibition of his art work while teaching at UMKC. Assistant Professor of Electronic Media.

Crista Couch and Stacey Lamb: Senior Illustrators, Illustration Department, Hallmark, Inc., Kansas City, MO, will give an inside view in to how Hallmark selects its artists and what it is like to work for one of the best loved card companies in the world!

Kim Youvan: Country Gardens Photography, Pittsburg, KS will talk about her 8 years of experience as Commercial photographer. Member of the PPA: Professional Photographers of America.

The I’mPact lectures at Pittsburg State University, with Jeffrey Ventrella and Nuala Creed from San Francisco, CA are in connection with the I’mPact exhibit that will open at the Koehnline Gallery in Des Plaines, IL on September 8, 2005.

The offices of Dr. Jim AuBuchon, Vice President, University Advancement; Dr. Robert Ratzlaff, Vice President, Academic Affairs; and Dr. Lynette Olson, Dean, College of Arts and Sciences are sponsoring these lectures in support of the I’mPact exhibit.
