Thank you for inquiring about study here at the Department of Art. We have two degrees available for art majors:

• The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art with concentrations in Ceramics, Commercial Art, Jewelry Design, and Painting.
• The Bachelor of Science in Education (BSED) in Art Education prepares you to be an art teacher.

These programs provide you excellent opportunities for personal artistic growth and art careers. The Department has contemporary studios, professional and student galleries, and outstanding art faculty. Visiting artists show their work and lecture on current issues regularly. You will have a chance to explore many new art ideas and techniques.
