My hometown:
We moved a lot when I was a kid, but Pittsburg is where I call home.

My favorite thing about Pitt State:
The Gorilla!!  There are gorillas all over my office.  I love how unique he is as a mascot and all that he stands for.  I also love our campus culture.  It’s pretty laid back and friendly to everybody.

Not many people know that:
This is my second career.  I worked in the radio and TV industry for about 15 years before becoming an Admission Counselor.

Favorite thing about Pittsburg:
That’s a tough one, but I would have to say it’s either the Mall Deli (aka the Mall Delicious) or Lincoln Park, which has everything from mini-golf to the aquatic center (very fancy swimming pool that is more like an amusement park).

Favorite quote:
I refer to it as the Nike philosophy of life:  “Just Do It!”
