September 19, 2008 - Candidates shall be nominated by ranked faculty or self

October 17, 2008 - Dossiers to University Professor Committee

November 24 2008 - Dossiers to College Deans Committee

December 19, 2008 - Dossiers to the Provost

January 16, 2009 - Dossiers to the President

February 20, 2009 - President’s decision forwarded to Candidates

Each of these steps should be completed by the third Friday of each month.
